By using AGAPÉ IT’s services, all users and customers agree to comply with our Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms are designed to ensure proper usage of AGAPÉ IT’s services while respecting the rights of other users and adhering to the standards of our network environment. AGAPÉ IT reserves the right to amend the TOS at any time without prior notice. Updated TOS will be effective upon posting to our website or upon notifying users. Complaints about TOS violations should be directed to abuse@agapeglobal.co.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Prohibited Content/Sites:

  • Spam: Any form of spamming or use of spamming software.
  • Mailing Lists/Mass Emails: Mailing lists or mass emailing tools are prohibited.
  • Illegal Material: Includes copyrighted works, pirated software, or any content that violates laws or regulations.
  • Adult Content: Includes pornography or any explicit material.
  • Child Exploitation: Storing or distributing content related to child exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
  • Shell Scripts: Unauthorized scripts attempting to gain system access are prohibited.
  • Warez: Hosting or linking to pirated software or hacking tools is not allowed.
  • Proxy/Torrent Sites: Hosting content related to BitTorrent or proxy servers is prohibited.
  • IRC: Operating IRC or bots is not permitted on our servers.
  • Chat Sites: Chat rooms or software are not allowed on shared hosting plans.

Note: Hosting websites solely for file storage or distribution is not permitted.

Security

Violations of server or network security are prohibited and may result in legal action. Examples include unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or forging TCP-IP headers.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

AGAPÉ IT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on web hosting plans. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to TOS violations.

Disclaimer

AGAPÉ IT services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or any damages arising from service usage.

Limitation of Liability

AGAPÉ IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months prior to the incident.

Server Resources

Websites using excessive server resources must reduce usage or upgrade to a higher plan. Accounts affecting server performance may be suspended without notice.

Backup of Data

Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data. AGAPÉ IT servers are not intended for storage purposes.

Payments and Fees

Invoices must be paid promptly to avoid service interruptions. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by 7 days and terminated after 30 days. Domain renewals must be completed at least 30 days before the due date.

Account Cancellation

Service cancellations must be requested in writing through the client area with at least 7 days’ notice.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected is used solely for billing and administration and will not be shared with third parties.
